About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Fashion Designer who is obsessed with trends, knows how to create original collections, and can translate creative concepts into commercial designs for modern men and women.
Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, and market movements
- Sketch, design, and develop seasonal collections
- Collaborate with fabric specialists, marketing, and production teams
- Create tech packs and mood boards for new designs
- Maintain the brand aesthetic while pushing creative boundaries
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent
- Strong illustration and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Deep understanding of garment construction and material behavior
- Passion for both streetwear and elevated everyday fashion
Position: Fabric Specialist
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 1+ years in Textile/Fabric Sourcing and Management
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Specialist to innovate and enhance the material experience at Sylora. You will work closely with our design and production teams to source, develop, and optimize fabrics for our collections.
Responsibilities:
- Source and select premium fabrics for various product lines
- Conduct quality checks and performance testing
- Build relationships with mills and textile vendors
- Advise designers on fabric trends, durability, and functionality
- Ensure eco-friendly, sustainable practices where possible
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of fabric properties, processing, and finishing
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Up-to-date with sustainable and innovative fabric technologies
