7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only for:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Wrong item delivered

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 2-3 business days after product inspection.
  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer after return confirmation.
  • We do not accept returns on used, washed, or damaged (by customer) products.
