7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item delivered

- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 2-3 business days after product inspection.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer after return confirmation.
- We do not accept returns on used, washed, or damaged (by customer) products.
